At Crafted Earth, part of Minstead Trust, creativity is at the heart of everything we do. We are a professional craft workshop and shared studio space where people with learning disabilities can develop skills, create high-quality work, and be recognised as makers in their own right.
Our studios
Fibrecraft
We work primarily with natural and recycled materials, transforming them into unique products using traditional techniques and imaginative design.
Woodcraft
Our woodcraft team designs and handcrafts distinctive pieces using responsibly sourced timber and time-honoured woodworking skills.
Ceramics
In our ceramics team each individual pot passes through the hands of many makers. One pair of hands processes the clay, another pair crafts it, another glazes.
Weaving
The weaving workshop is a place full of colour and textures where our aim is to produce high quality textiles. We work collaboratively celebrating each persons strengths.
